The IHG Culinary Panel’s Culinary Journey has well and truly settled into Gusti Restaurant & Bar! Vikas Khanna’s menu has come to an end and we can introduce our next celebrity chef: Theo Randall.

Chef Theo Randall

Known for his award winning restaurant Theo Randall at InterContinental London Park Lane. Chef Theo Randall specialises in Italian cuisine. He has over 25 years professional experience and credits his love of Italian food from visits to Italy as a child. In 2013 his restaurant was awarded Italian Restaurant of the Year which lead to the InterContinental winning Best Hotel in the UK for Food. Chef Theo wants to make Italian food an everyday experience for everyone. He has created dishes that Italians love: both traditional trattoria-style and ones shaped by his personal culinary journeys in Italy.

From Monday the 21st September until Sunday 18th October you are invited to taste Chef Theo’s specially crafted menu at Gusti Restaurant. Diners have the choice of two courses, or three. Enjoy a three course meal and receive your second glass of wine for free!

Beef Carpaccio

with rocket, pine nuts, aged balsamic vinegar and parmesan


Rack of Lamb

with rosemary and salsa verde


Panna Cotta

with raspberry and vanilla

Fun Fact: He was awarded a Michelin star for his work as head chef at The River Cafe London in 1997!
