From 17th August 2015 Gusti Restaurant at Crowne Plaza® Perth will be featuring special menus from the IHG® Culinary Ambassadors group of incredibly talented and award-winning chefs. Each menu represents the chef’s individual culinary journey and experience in becoming celebrity chefs.

The IHG Culinary Journey gives the team at Gusti Restaurant the opportunity to take guests on a unique journey of new tastes with a number of special dishes from these internationally celebrated chefs. Each menu will feature for approximately a month and is available at the dinner service.
