Where do I park my car when I stay at Crowne Plaza Perth?

On-site parking at Crowne Plaza Perth is owned and operated by our Partner, Drivo. Self-parking available on site at a rate of $35/night per car & $5/hr (subject to availability). If on-site parking bays are full, underground off-site parking at the Fortescue building (2 minute walk from hotel) is available at $27 per car per day.

What rooms have a balcony at Crowne Plaza Perth?

Only rooms that have View listed in their name will have a balcony.

Is Crowne Plaza Perth located close to sporting arenas?

The hotel is located 15 minute walk to the WACA and only 2.4km away from Optus stadium. Free buses to major sporting events leave from Adelaide Terrace a short 5 minute walk away.

Do rooms at Crowne Plaza Perth have a bath?

We have a limited number of rooms with baths. Please check with our team at time of booking should you require a bath.

Does Crowne Plaza Perth have a pool?

The hotel infinity pool is located on level 3 and opening hour is 6:30am-10pm. Lounge chairs and cabana’s are available for guests to enjoy the views of Langley Park and the Swan river. The pool deck is a licensed area and food & beverage can be ordered.

Does Crowne Plaza Perth have a fitness centre?

The fitness centre is located on level 3 and open from 6:30am-10pm.

What is check-in time?

Check-in time is 3pm.

Can I have an early check in?

Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 3pm unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the concierge team and utilize the hotel facilities until the room is ready.

What is check out time?

Check-out time is 11am.

Can I have a late check out?

You may request a late check-out however it is subject to availability at time of check-in and may incur a late checkout fee.

Do I have to pay a bond on check in?

At time of check in a credit/debit card bond of $50 per room will apply, in addition to the pre-authorisation of the total accommodation. Please note as we are a cashless venue, a cash bond is not accepted. The bond amount is subject to change at the hotel’s discretion.

Do I need photo ID to check in?

A valid photo ID such as driver’s licence or passport will be required for check-in.

Can I have a room with no feathers?

Doonas, pillows & some mattress protectors are all feather, we can provide non feather bedding upon request.

What does Crowne Plaza Perth offer for breakfast?

Breakfast is served in Gusti Restaurant on the ground floor. A la carte menu and a hot buffet breakfast are available daily. Opening hours are 6.00am-10am Monday-Friday; 7am-10:30am weekends and public holidays.

What are the dining options at Crowne Plaza Perth:

Gusti Restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bookings for lunch and dinner are recommended. Gusti Terrace and Bar are open all day with Happy Hour from 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Can I leave my luggage before/after check in/out?

Guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the front desk after departure at no charge.

Where is the closest public transport to Crowne Plaza Perth?

The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to transport with free CBD buses from Adelaide Tce.

Do you offer guests a shuttle service to and from Perth International Airport?

Crowne Plaza Perth does not utilise a shuttle service to and from the airport. To get to our hotel from the Perth Domestic and International Airports the easiest option would be a Taxi or Uber, taking anywhere from 25 minutes to get to the hotel.

Do you have interconnecting rooms at Crowne Plaza Perth?

Connecting rooms are available upon request and can be confirmed at the reservation stage. Different room types do not connect (unless booking an accessible room with a 2 double room).
