How much is parking?

Crowne Plaza Perth offers limited on-site parking for $40 per day, subject to availability. Advance booking is essential. Nearby off-site parking is available for a discounted rate.

Is parking included in the price when staying?

Parking is not included in the rate.

Are you allowed to smoke on the balcony?

Crowne Plaza Perth is a non-smoking hotel, including all balconies. If evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. If a fire alarm is activated due to negligence, any associated fire department callout costs will also be charged to the guest.

Are we required to pay any deposit?

We take a $50 security bond upon arrival, which is subject to change at the hotel’s discretion. Please note that we are a cashless business.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?

Neither the hotel nor the airport offers a shuttle service. A taxi or rideshare service (such as Uber) typically costs approximately $45 to $65 each way. There is no need to pre-book a taxi, as they are readily available for all arriving flights.

I have booked with breakfast, is this included for my children?

Breakfast inclusions apply to a maximum of two adults per booking.

I will be arriving late at night, will you be open?

We are open 24/7. If you are due to arrive after midnight, we recommend notifying the hotel.

How big are you queen beds?

153 cm wide by 203 cm long.

What is the pool depth?

Our pool is 1.4 m deep.

What is the pool length?

Our pool is 21 m long.

Is the pool heated?

Our infinity-edge pool is outdoors and not heated.

Do you have family rooms with a river view?

The hotel offers Queen Premium Swan River View Balcony rooms, which accommodate a maximum of two guests. For a family of four wishing to enjoy a river view, two interconnecting River View rooms would be required. We recommend contacting the hotel directly to check availability.

What time is check-in?

Guaranteed check-in time is 3pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 11am.

Can I get an early arrival?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. If your room is not ready upon arrival, you are welcome to store your luggage with us and enjoy the hotel’s facilities. Please contact the hotel with your request.

Can I have a late checkout?

Our standard check-out time is 11:00am. Late check-out is subject to availability and can be confirmed upon check-in.

Do the rooms have a kitchen?

Our rooms do not have kitchen/cooking facilities.

Can you provide baby cots/cribs?

Baby cots can be arranged free of charge, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel with your request.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We have a limited number of connecting rooms available. Connecting rooms are only available between rooms of the same type.

Do the windows open?

Our River View rooms have a sliding door that opens onto the balcony. No other room types have a window that opens.

Can you provide a rollaway/trundle bed?

A rollaway bed can be arranged for $65 per night. Please note that space may be limited in our River View rooms.

Do you provide room service?

We offer in-room dining (room service) for food and beverages.

Is room service available 24/7?

Our main room service menu is available from 6:00am to 9:30pm. A limited overnight menu is available outside of this time.

Do you have a movie channel?

We do not have a dedicated movie channel.

Do you have a sports channel?

We do not have a dedicated sports channel.

Can I use Chromecast on the tv?

Chromecast is available on all guest room TVs.

Is there a microwave in the room?

We do not provide microwaves or reheating of outside food.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

We offer wheelchair-accessible rooms featuring accessible bathrooms and shower chair.

Do you have free bottled water in the room?

In line with our environmental sustainability system we do not provide free bottled water in the room. We provide free filtered chilled water in the bar lounge, and you can refill your bottles.

How far from the casino are you?

Crown Perth is located approximately a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk from the hotel. Please note that Crowne Plaza Perth is not affiliated with Crown Perth or the Crown Hotels group.

Is there a sauna?

We do not have a sauna at the hotel.

Do you have laundry facilities?

We have a free self-service laundry facility, including free detergent. Additionally, we have a paid same-day dry cleaning service.

What identification is required at check-in?

Accepted photo ID must belong to a guest aged 18 years or older and include one of the following:

• Australian photo Driver’s Licence or Learner’s Permit
• Passport
• WA Photo Card issued by WA Department of Transport
• Digital Driver’s Licence issued by NSW, VIC, QLD or SA

I lost my ID, can I show a picture of it so I can check-in?

We are unable to accept a photo of I.D.

My I.D. is expired, can I still gain entry?

We are unable to accept expired or otherwise invalid identification.

Can the king bed be split into two singles?

Our king beds cannot be split.

Is there a height limit for parking?

There is no height restriction for our on-site car park. Our recommended off-site car park has a height clearance of 2 m.

Do you accept cash?

We are a cashless business.

Is halal food available?

We offer meals containing certified halal ingredients. Please speak with our team regarding specific dietary requirements.

Can we hire bicycles?

We partner with BYKKO and can provide discounted rates for electric bike hire.

Can you store our luggage for the day?

We can look after your luggage for the day.

Can you store our luggage until our next stay?

We can look after your luggage until your next registered booking, for a maximum of 3 months.

How far away from the city are you?

The hotel is approximately 10 km from Perth Airport. Travel time by vehicle is typically 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

The hotel is 10km from the airport. Transit time in a vehicle is 20-30 minutes.

Is the hotel located close to sporting venues?

The hotel is approximately a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk from Optus Stadium. During major events, a free bus service operates nearby, providing access close to Matagarup Bridge. HBF Park is approximately a 10 minute drive away, and RAC Arena is around a 10 minute drive or a short free CAT bus ride from the hotel.

Do you have free WiFi?

We have free WiFi in all public areas and guest rooms. As a member of IHG One Rewards Club, you can enable auto-connect on your IHG app.

Does the bed linens have any feather products?

Yes, some bedding items contain feather products. Foam alternatives may be requested, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Some flexible rates have free cancellation up until 6pm the night before the arrival date. Other rates are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing the details when making your booking.

Is there a minimum age requirement to check in?

The primary guest must be 18 years old or above to check in.

Do rooms have air conditioning/heating?

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating. Blankets, portable heaters, and pedestal fans are available upon request.

Do rooms have a minibar or refrigerator?

We have a small chiller fridge in every room, which is kept empty for your convenience.

Is there a coffee maker or kettle in the room?

Our rooms have a kettle, coffee pod machine, coffee pods, instant coffee sachets, tea bags, and sugar.

How often are rooms cleaned?

Rooms are serviced daily unless guests choose to opt out by displaying the housekeeping privacy sign.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Are meeting or conference rooms available?

We offer meeting facilities including a function room accommodating up to 80 guests, which can be divided into three smaller rooms, as well as two boardrooms accommodating up to 10 guests each.

Is there an ATM on-site?

We do not have an ATM at the hotel. The closest is located a 5 minute walk away.

Do you have EV charging stations?

We have EV charging stations, but we do not have dedicated EV parking bays. They are subject to availability and cannot be reserved.

What attractions are nearby?

Nearby attractions within walking distance include the Perth Mint, Elizabeth Quay, the Bell Tower and Heirisson Island. A short drive away are Kings Park, Northbridge, the WA Museum and the South Perth Foreshore.

Is the area safe?

The area is well lit at night and monitored by CCTV in many public areas. WA Police patrol the surrounding precinct regularly.

Are there shopping areas nearby?

There is a grocery store nearby, as well as a 24 hour convenience store. You can find department stores in the centre of the city.

Do you provide maps or tourist information?

We have maps, tour brochures, and tourist information available in the lobby. Our reception team can assist with directions and information.

What happens if something is damaged?

If you damage hotel property, the cost of replacement or repair will be passed onto you.

What is your lost-and-found process?

Lost property is kept for up to 3 months. Please contact the hotel to locate your lost property. A paid courier service can be organised to deliver your lost property.

Are service animals allowed?

Service animals are accepted provided that a licence of the service animal is presented at check-in.

Are there in-room safes?

We have safes in each room.

Do you offer vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu options.

Can food be delivered to the hotel?

Food can be delivered to the hotel, but we recommend that you come downstairs to collect as we will not permit the delivery driver to proceed to your room due to security. We do not deliver outside food products to the room.

Do rooms have USB charging ports?

Guest rooms are equipped with USB charging ports for your convenience.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Our loyalty program is IHG One Rewards Club, allowing members to earn points on stays, receive member-exclusive rates, and unlock perks at nearly 6,000 destinations globally.

Can I opt out of daily housekeeping?

You can place a sign on your door if you do not want a housekeeping service.

Do you recycle?

We recycle of paper, plastic, electronic waste, and batteries as part of our sustainability initiatives.

Do you provide flowers or gift baskets?

The hotel does not hold stock of flowers or celebratory items. If a non-food third party delivery is arranged, they can be placed in your room.

Can I decorate the room for a special occasion?

Guests are welcome to decorate their room for a special occasion. We recommend removing all decorations before check-out to avoid any additional cleaning charges.

Do you have live music?

We host live music seasonally on the Gusti Terrace.
