Good Afternoon Mr Austen,
I write on behalf of my friends to express our gratitude and appreciation to all your staff for making our stay at Crowne Plaza Perth such a wonderful experience, We found the rooms and service absolutely delightful.
We are glad that we picked the right hotel after all the searching and reviews.
We arrived on the 30 April 2014 at about 0600am, tired and agitated. We requested for early check-in but the duty staff patiently explained that since the hotel was full, we were only able to have one room and can only have the other three rooms later. We accepted the one room and left our luggage there and went downtown to have breakfast and to kill time.
However, when we returned to check-in, Mr Sim and I were given rooms (DBLB) at level 2. We were not comfortable with the rooms as the verandas were on the same level as the ledge linking the
swimming pool. We were concerned over security issues and requested to change rooms.
As your hotel was full for 30 April2014 , we had to stay at the rooms given . However, Michelle at reception was so accommodating and assured us that once the other rooms were available, she would change our rooms. True to her assurance, the next day 01May2104 we were given rooms at Level 6 and were satisfied and happy with the rooms.
My wife and I returned home on the 04 May2014 and my friends continued their holidays to Margaret River. They left some luggage’s at the hotel and returned to pick up the luggage’s on the 05 May 2014 on the way to the airport. However, the fight was delayed and your staff was understanding and accommodating and allowed my friends to use the gym shower facilities. They were extremely grateful for the chance to take a shower and have a change of clothing. .
We must especially mentioned Liz at reservations for her assistance and understanding in making the bookings so easy, Michelle at Reception for her ever smiling and infectious demeanor and John at Concierge for his advice and extremely pleasant personality. There were many more but unfortunately, we could not remember their names.
I have been in the travel industry for over 30 years and have had experienced excellent service from many hotels but I must congratulate you for having a wonderful team of dedicated people. Every staff that we met was courteous and would go beyond their call of duty to help us.
Thank you once again for making our stay at Crowne Plaza enjoyable and memorable.
