Throughout September, Kings Park Perth Wildflower Festival will celebrate the “emergence” of wildflowers in full bloom across the park. With 25 staff and 20 volunteers planting wildflowers for a three month period leading up, the garden planning, seed germination and growing plants in the nursery happens up to 3 years in advance of each festival.
